Returns

You may return items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Wear-and-tear items (e.g. resistance bands) are not eligible for return if damaged from misuse.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service to ensure the item reaches us. We cannot process refunds for items we haven’t received.

Returned items will be inspected. Refunds may be denied if the product shows signs of damage, misuse, or is in poor condition.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows your package was lost, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

  • If marked as delivered, we cannot refund unless the package was insured.

Orders with Insured Priority Shipping are fully covered. Standard Free Shipping offers limited coverage.


Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact us at hello@thenaturalremedy.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
